
I’ve been a Massage Therapist since 2006, Yoga Teacher since 2010, Certified Life Coach since 2013, and Certified Meditation Teacher since 2023. This combination of modalities has allowed me to tap into the mind, body, soul connection of my clients in a fully encompassing way so they may connect deeply with their inner Self and feel aligned and in the flow of their life.
My draw to this work comes from a deep evolution within myself and the knowledge and experiences that have come from navigating big moves, traumatic losses, making mistakes, achieving goals, changing my mind and attitude, body pain and 2 decades of working closely with other people clumsily carving their way through life.
I love humor, I cuss, and I believe in magic and the power of subtlety. I find my greatest sense of peace and connection to my own inner magic when surrounded by animals. As you work with me, you’ll notice many of my animal friends around. I draw my greatest inspiration from horses. I find their presence humbling. You can’t hide anything from horses, they require that you show up fully and honestly, and in our work together, I expect you to do the same.
I have been working with horses since I was a child. They have proven to be steady teachers and guides. Through the last several years I have seen their power to assist humans in surfacing deep subconscious patterns so that they can be worked with and integrated into various aspects of life. They have become a deep inspiration and invaluable asset to my life. I have them to thank for inspiring our recent move to TN where we have finally found our farm. A true dream come true!

What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a powerful, purposeful way of conversation that guides you into listening and understanding yourself with more clarity. Through the coaching process I listen for the thread that binds you up so that together we can unlock the things keeping you stuck. If you’re wanting a fresh perspective on life in general, a particular situation, have a goal or dream you want to achieve and you feel like you are somehow stuck, lacking clarity or in your own way, life coaching can help you achieve what you’re seeking. It is not to be a substitute for mental health therapy. Life coaching is intended to help you deepen your relationship with your intuition and inner guidance systems to reach the potential you dream for yourself, take purposeful action in alignment with your goals and values, and to help you shape your life as you choose it.
The process includes personal reflection through writing, raw and deep conversations, and tools and practices for you to experiment with integrating in your life. This is a co-creative process. I am merely a guide to help you along the way, YOU ARE THE CHANGEMAKER OF YOUR LIFE.
What is yoga?
Yoga is more than bending yourself in shapes on a mat for means of physical results. Yoga is a wholistic practice of self-study. It is an on and off the mat practice of navigating your edges and your inner currents. It is the exploration of the unification of your mind, body, soul connection. It is your breath, your body, your thoughts, your emotions and your energy as they move together. It is messy.
There are many styles of yoga out there. The practice I guide you through is intended to deepen personal inquiry and begin to notice and listen to the messages of your body so that you may connect with your intuition and trust your inner wisdom.
